Orders

You can view all the order details by checking the order confirmation email we sent you.

If you have an account, you can view all the information by going to the “Orders” section.

Tracking

You will receive an order dispatch confirmation email containing the tracking number provided by the carrier, which you will need to track your delivery. Within 24 hours of dispatch, you will see the first updates from the courier by clicking on the tracking link.

If you have an account, you can also track the shipment by viewing the details in the ‘Orders’ section.

Sending a Gift

If you wish to send a gift, you can select the gift wrapping option during the checkout process. You can also add a personal message, which will be printed on a card. The cost of the gift wrapping option is €4.50.

Delivery Times and Costs

Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 3.00 pm (Italian time – GMT+1) will be handed over to the courier on the same day. After this time, the shipment will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders placed on Friday after 3.00 pm will be processed from the following Monday morning.

GLS DELIVERY PROCEDURE

Two delivery attempts will be made, after which the parcel will be held at the nearest depot. Our staff will contact the customer by telephone to arrange for them to collect the parcel in person.
