The following payment methods are available:

Bank Transfer – After completing your order, you will receive all the necessary information, including our IBAN and the payment reference number. This method is treated as an advance payment at our bank, Intesa San Paolo. It is essential to include the correct payment reference to match the payment to your order. Please note that orders will only be shipped once the payment has been received; this may add 1-2 business days to the standard delivery time compared to immediate payment methods.

Credit/Debit Card – After placing your order, you will be redirected to the bank's secure payment gateway. To complete the transaction, you will be asked for your 3D Secure code (generated by your bank). This method is considered an advance payment. We wish to inform you that our staff does not have access to your card details; the entire process is managed exclusively by the bank.

PayPal – You will be redirected to PayPal's secure gateway to complete your purchase using your account. Pianeta Capelli does not have access to your PayPal account details or any other personal financial information.

To prevent fraud, we only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses. If you are unsure if your address is confirmed, please check the instructions on the PayPal website.

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Your order will be processed immediately. An additional €4.90 will be added to the total as a service fee charged by the courier. Payment must be made in cash directly to the courier upon delivery.
